Baby Chick Pictures!!!!! POST!

I feel your pain. Had a chick spend few hours hatching. Moved it to the brooder in the garage (had to open the door to get around truck). Went in the house to get the kids and came back to an empty brooder. I our cat is the queen mouser and birds are a delicacy.

The smallest one looks like a roo. Big one im positive is a hen plus in like 2 weeks if they are roos they will try ceowing

How many weeks are they when they start crowing? Mine are only 10 days old just now.

I agree with you! The one with the most feathering is probably the hen and the other is a roo!

How many weeks are they when they start crowing? Mine are only 10 days old just now.

Well around 5 weeks it also depends on them when they want mines started crowing almost fully feathered

I just tell by the comb and waddles they are more developed first notice his comb is just out there the hens is down more by alot
