They are about 7 weeks old now.

These are my newest chicks!

^This is Aurora! She is a Splash Andalusian! She is older now than when this pictures was taken (around a week now).

^Meet Lacey! She is a Golden Wyandotte! Again, older now than in this picture. She has a lot of her feathers in now, we think she is a few days older than the Andalusians.

^This is Venus! Venus is a Blue Andalusian, same age as Aurora and close to Lacey. We got these three (Andalusians and Golden Wyandotte) at the same time from the feed store!


^My long-awaited Birchen Cochin banty has arrived now too! Meet Stella!

6 chicks sent by mistake. Supposed to be SLW pullets, instead I got light brahma pullets. They had 2 SLW left so went and got them too.

I love my light brahmas! I thought they were the cutest little frosty chicks, and now that they're roughly 6 weeks old they are very friendly girls.

I was amazed at how much fluffier and softer they were compared to my others. I like the too. They are much calmer than my other chicks when picked up.
