I’d put her down , just to be safe .
Others might not like that but you have to think about the other chickens too

Or raise her separately

I thought she had a purple growth all over her too!

I don't have any suggestions regarding the eye growth. My flock is too small and I don't keep meat birds.

I don't know what that is, but considering it's a meat bird - if it's cosmetic and she isn't suffering, infectious or in obvious pain, I would keep her until you're ready to send her to freezer camp. Or you could cull her of course.
