baby chick ripping off feathers???

one of my baby chicks got pooped on and when i went to clean it it looked like there was bald spots.. i cleaned it off with water and stuff but the chick is stuff cleaning it and idk if she’s ripping off feathers

Are you able to post photos usually another bird will pull feathers. How many peeps in same place please?

Well, when they have crop impaction they pull on their feathers because they are in distress.

i just realized the feathers were just matted and there is 4 chicks in one place
