Baby chick seems to be dying

Baby chick is really weak can hardly stand, very small been getting worse every day do I just wait for her to die?

Have you checked to see if she is actually drinking on her own? Some just need help getting started. I would get a dropper and give a bit of fluid on her beak. You will need to dip her beak in the water and show her where it is.

I have done it I even get up during the night she was not like this 3 days ago she is a week and 2 days old

What are you feeding them, any other symptoms ( how the poo, any pasty butt, etc.). What
is the brooder temp., have you tried a little electrolytes or sugar water?
If you can, and you think she will pass anyway, some folks do put them out.

I have had vitamins and electrolytes in their water from the start I am using chick starter 20%
She has had pasty but I have been washing and using vasoline temp was 95 and now around 90 the others are great and the same age all shipped together arived last Thursday.
