Baby chick sleepy! Does that mean potential DEATH?!

I got two chicks from the store. One of them slept through most of the car rode and moves a bit but keeps closing her eyes. I DON'T WANT HER TO DIE!!! She is 4 days old. ANYTHING TO HELP?

You can try giving her some Save-a-Chick electrolytes or some sugar water. She may just be stressed and hopefully will perk up with some rest and good nutrition. Sometimes chicks just do not thrive for whatever reason so be prepared for that possibility as well. For now, keep her warm, let her rest and make sure she's getting fluids. If she's just stressed and tired she should perk up by tomorrow and be running around, eating and drinking.
