Baby chick stuck

I have three golden pheasants hatched and one in the shell no pip but peeping loud enough I can hear it in the bator! What should I do?

Peeping is a good thing - maybe it just needs more time. Some chicks pip, zip and pop out in no time at all, and others are slower. You could post on the pheasant thread - in Other Backyard Poultry section
