Baby chick that has something wrong with her foot.

I have a Rhode Island Red baby hen that is 5 days old and it has developed throughout the day somethings wrong with her foot she won't walk around except a little bit. And when she lays down her left foot is out and she won't sit on it. If I move her to the water and food she eats and drinks but I have to pick her up and move her to each one. She will get stepped on now and again by the 2 day olds. What should I do?

Does it look like spraddle leg? Are the legs out like the chicks doing 'the splits' ?

It doesn't look like she is doing the splits it is only one leg that is out.
