Baby chick with head going sideways of her body

I have a baby buff orpington about 7 days old. Her head has gradually turned until it is totally sideways of her body. I am not sure if her neckbone is growing in that direction or what. She doesn't seem to be in a lot of pain but it is difficult for her to stand and she will only walk a few steps at a time. Have no idea what this could be. Can anyone help?
