baby chick with labored breathing, need advise PLEASE!!

They are on medicated feed, have been since the beginning. I am going to put a thermometer down, just to check. But he was doing it when he was inside yesterday!!!! Has me a little stumped!! I am going to medicate and see what happens.

If he did it before he went out then somethings not right with him.if the rest are well he may just have some internal problem.If he was well for almost 3 weeks idont know what could have happened
Possibly he got stepped on by MOm or some other chicken? Hurt in some way?
Medicating cant hurt.

One of my baby chicks had labored breathing (breathing with mouth open and look at the body compared to the other chicks) and I read a couple of threads. Most were pointing to the fact they were too hot. So I began dropping the temp since I had not and their were nearly 4 weeks old. One died. So I bought tetracycline hydrochloride for chickens, pigs and other farm animals. I mixed 1/2 teaspoon per quart of water and now they are all fine.
