Baby chick with something sticking out of it. HELP!

Hi, I am very new to hatching chicken eggs, and this is my first time. I am using a Little giant, with egg turner and humidity, temp perfect . Anyways I had couple chicks hatch fine until this!?!

The chick seems to run around fine and active. I really don't know what breed it is but it was a brown egg,(don't know if that makes any difference). I don't know what it is and what to do, can I even do anything? Help is muchly appreciated! Thanks

I have had 2 or 3 have that over the years and none of them ever made it longer than a few day's, even after seperating and taking special care of it. Hope it works out. I am not convinced it is a yolk sac One chick that had one like this and it was very fiberous and didn't feel like a yolk sac and I couldn't push it back in or do anything to help it.
