Newly hatched chick has something wrong with it

Currently hatching out eggs in an incubator. This is the second chick to hatch. Anyone have any idea what this is and what I should do?
Contrary to how this picture looks it's moving around fine and seems normal.

I still have chicks hatching so I don't want to open the incubator if I don't have to. But I need some advice about what to do. Any ideas?

It's just the yolk still being absorbed. it's normal.
