Baby chick won't get up. I think she is dying, please help!

I'm very sorry for the loss of your baby chick.
How old are they?
Do you have a heat lamp on them?
What are they eating?

They need to be kept at at least 90 degrees the first week and lower it 5 degrees weekly thereafter until you reach 70 degrees. Make sure you put the heat lamp high enough so that if it gets too warm in there that they can get out from under it and to a cooler area in the brooder.
They should be on chick starter for at least 6 weeks, then switched to a grower until 18 weeks until they are old enough to lay and then give them a layer crumble or pellet along with free choice oyster shell for calcium available at all times.
The crumble will be fine for them without grit for a few weeks, but if you give them anything that's not crumbles you need to get some "chick grit" and keep it available for them or sprinkle some over their food so they can digest everything.
Water should be available 24/7 and you can put marbles or small pebbles in the waterer dish to make sure they don't drown the first few weeks.
Keep an eye out for any pasty poop and make sure their little vents stay clean and dry. If they do get pasty , clean off with warm water and keep either baby oil or even olive oil around the vent to prevent the poop from sticking. If they get stopped up, this can kill them.

If some of them seem to be slow/lethargic they may not be getting enough vitamins/minerals and you can try the liquid children's vitamins Poly Vi Sol.
Just make sure to get the kind WITHOUT iron. Give them 3 drops along the beak daily for at least a week and then slowly decrease the dosage and wean them off it.

The babies can also have plain active culture yogurt and you can also scramble some eggs and feed that to them for extra protein and to build them up and their immune system.

You may have to try to give them these extras for a while until they are better and eating/drinking well on their own.
