Baby chick wound

[Chicken Lady Loves Life]

Hello! New to chickens & I've got a 2.5 week old chick with this wound under her left wing. I've separated her & treated with Veterycin. Not sure what happened to her. Someone suggested ringworm(?) but to me it looks more like a wound (like her new feathers coming in on her left wing are scratching her). Is that possible? Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks!
