Baby chicken hatching with membrane still on it

I am trying to figure out why my baby chic is being born with membrane on it . Is that normal from my calculations the egg was 21 days in the incubator. Baby chic has peeped a couple times and is moving his mouth a lot what should I do next ? Just let the baby stay in the egg until it absorbs the yolk.

Hi Glad you joined the flock. I'm not sure what you mean hatching with membrane on it? Is it stuck inside the egg? Or has it got out and the shell is stuck to it?
