Baby Chicken looks Sick

My cousin's hen hatched 3 baby chicks and two of them are very healthy but it seems one is weaker and it looks quite sick.They took it in for a little to examine it but they don't know what's wrong.It doesn't seem to badly sick but it looks weak.Does anybody know what to do?

Well my cousin said that it was just recently born like maybe two days ago or something and it just seems very weak.

Give them all some Poultry Nutri Drench.

Thank you all for helping but I'm sad to say that despite our efforts it was too weak and passed away at night
