Baby chicken plucker

right now their in 3 different brooders to avoid space issues but they will move into the coop this weekend but all there brooders face eachother so they are near eachother constantly
 
Are they always put back in the same container with the same group of chicks every time? Constantly changing the 'mini flocks' and then putting them all in together during the day is constantly messing with the pecking order. Your dominant chick must then spend a good part of everyday reestablishing itself as the top chick. I think the problem isn't so much your chick, as much as it is the way you are keeping them, and the space that they have available.
 
They do go back into the same container with the same chicks everyday and they do all go in together every morning from morning until night unless there happen to be storm then they return to the same box with the same chicks I guess we'll see what happens when they move into the big coop this weekend maybe it will resolve then
