What I going on with my chick?

It appears the other chicks are pecking my chick or so you think she is pulling her down out for her feathers. I has me concerned. Should we separate her?

2x4 is probably only big enough for 21 newly hatched chicks. By 2 weeks they'd need a minimum of 1/2 sq ft each, by 4 they'd need 1 sq ft each. Crowding is a major cause for behavioral issues.
