Baby chicken with stick looking thing from vent

My game hen had chicks. The first one that hatched yesterday I found one dead in the nest with blooding coming from its head, I assumed the mother killed it, so when the other chicks hatched I thought it would be best to take them away as soon as possible. And one of them has a stick looking thing sticking out and also has been bleeding. I'm so worried I don't know what to do

The "stick" looking thing is probably the umbilical cord. It should be attached below the vent where the chickens belly button will eventually be.

I forgot to thank you guys, I was really worried. It is the umbilical cord, I told my dad to have a look at it
