Baby chicks and gape worm☹️

Welcome to BYC. Gapeworms are rare in chickens, and I think they are too young, especially if they were raised in a brooder. Is a vet an option?
 
Are they yawning after the crop is stuffed full (a large marble or golf ball sticking out of their chest)? That is normal behavior, not gapeworm. If they have a full crop and you see them open their beak wide like a yawn, that's to adjust the crop to feel better. Sort of like how we have to burp after eating too much food.

Ok thank you so much! I’ve been really worried that something is wrong with them but that makes a lot of sense.
