Baby chicks and what type of water is best

Our tap water has chlorine added and I’m not sure if its OK for week old baby chicks??
If you fill a clean milk jug or pitcher with water and just sit it out for a couple of days the chlorine dissipates or boil it for 15 minutes.

The chlorine should be fine. If it is smelling really strong you can fill a container and let it set for 24 hours before using it.

Oh my! I meant added Fluoride🤪but I suspect chlorine as well because i can smell it.
I don't have any factual knowledge of what Fluoride could or might do to chicks. Lots of babies of all other types have drank it from a young age and the intent is to use it where it is not naturally occurring. If you need or want to know about naturally occurring fluoride in drinking water Google might know. I've only saw it in print some years back.

I want to try something. @TudyBOT is fluoride in the water bad for baby chicks?

Guess she doesn't know.

Google AI says:

In general, if tap water is safe for you to drink, it's also safe for your chickens. Tap water often contains additives like fluoride and chlorine, but these are usually in small amounts that don't affect chickens. A 1932 study found that 0.035% fluorine in a chick's total ration (1% rock phosphate) had no harmful effect.
