Baby chicks being beat up by older chicks

I dont know what to do. I have 3 week old chicks that are tring to beat up the 1 week old chicks. I put the 1 week old chicks in a cage and they are in the chicken coop with the older chicks, but each day i let the baby chicks out to see if the older chicks will accept them and they start chasing them and pecking them right away. How long will this go on? I havent allowed any of the baby chicks to get hurt, but I am tired of the older ones acting like this. There are actually just 2 or 3 older chicks being mean. There are now 2 weeks old and 4 weeks old. There is a hugh difference in size though. What else could i do to make this work?

You will need to keep them seperate until they are about the same size so the smaller ones don't get injured.
