Baby chicks flying at others

Purchased 5 Delaware chicks that were roughly 3 weeks old and everyone got along great behavior wise but now almost two weeks later two chicks have started flying at the other chicks and chase them around and when not being watched there tends to be alot of commotion. Pecking order has basically been decided except between the two problem chicks. The two are bigger than the rest and have more feathers and larger pea combs than the others. Is this something to be concerned about?

They are likely cockerels. This sort of sparring is normally incident free until they get older (3-4 months).

Do all the chicks have pea combs? Delaware should have single combs.
Males do show an early size difference in Delaware

They all have some form of a pea comb but three are very small. These photos show the 2 with the biggest combs

Those aren't peacombs and they do look to be male with that comb size and coloring at 3 weeks.
