Does it look like they're crusted over at all? is there anything sticking them shut? If you touch them (gently) does she react like the others do if you put your hand near their eyes, or with pain, or does she not feel it?

No but is it okay if I try to wet her eyes. She does nothing when I touch it. It feels normal. Its like shes squinting.

She may just have a piece of dust or something in it.
You could try flushing it out with saline solution.
Wait can I use regular water to flush it or does it have to be saline?
