Baby chicks pecking ducklings! HELP

I have 4 ducklings the same age as 19 baby chicks. It seems like the chicks are pulling out feathers of the ducks. What should or can I do to stop this??? The were in a large trough and now moved them into a larger spaced coop. Should I separate them????

If the chicks are picking on the ducks, then yes, separate them.

I moved the ducklings into a trough inside hen house. The chicks are still in there loose. I'll see how it works out. Should I use Blu Kote?

Don't use blue kote around the face unless you use a q tip to put it on not spray. Chicks can not only be mean to ducklings but to each other so keep an eye on them.
