Baby Chicks staying warm

Help, i have over a hundred baby chicks i have them in a couple different stock bins. Only problem is that for some reason the heat lamp isnt enough to keep them warm, what else could i use to keep them warm at night??

How do you know they aren't warm? How many watts is the heat lamp? How far do you have it positioned from the chicks? Does it feel warm to you? Do you have a thermometer to check the temperature in the bottom where the chicks are?

Check the temperature at the height of a chick's back under the light.
