The beak won't grow back in time for the baby to eat and survive. Sorry. Do you see any eating?
FWIW, you can put a chick down with a coffee can and carburetor spray. (The label will say ether in the ingreds.) Spray the cleaner on a paper towel, heavily. Put it in the coffee can, put the chick in and put on the lid. They go to sleep. For me it has been the easiest way when there are bad deformities.
When I had a hen who was too sick and I knew would just suffer and die, I put the spray heavily on a cloth and held it over the hen's face. Wrap the hen in a towel first. She will struggle a bit as she dies. I can't bear to wring a neck or chop off a head. I still bawl and hug them and apologize afterward. Then a nice burial and they feed the soil and complete the cycle. Too many little graves in my yard.
