Baby chicks young hens

I have some that hatched today at what point can I put them with the two 3 month old hens I have? No adults in the mix, my first flock.

Well, I don't put chicks of different ages together unless they are close to the same size. The bigger ones can literally kill the smaller ones, or injure them very badly. If you absolutely HAVE to put them together, make sure you have a good hiding place that the smaller chicks can run under, that is too short for the larger ones, and you should have food and water under there for them.......
