Baby chicks

So my Grandma got chick eggs and some hatched yesterday. One of the chicks took a while and looked way to weak because he/she would sit there and some of the other chicks would peck at it. The chick is out of his egg and is screaming nonstop and has yellow dried up stuff on its face. He also has curled toes and walks on them like that. Can someone help me? We have no clue what’s going on with him!!

We have no clue what’s going on with him!!

I’m not an expert but I would think that the chick might of been deform when still in the egg and about the other chicks pecking it that sometimes happens to the weakest one because I have had that experience before. As I said I’m not an expert it’s just from personal experience.
