My broody hen has hatched her first egg yesterday evening. she still has 3 eggs in the nest but she keeps getting off the nest with her new baby. what do i need to do?

Is she sitting on them at all? Have you candled one? Do you have an incubator handy?

she sits on them when the chick is laying the nest and yes i have an incubator. Do i need to remove the baby chick unitl the other ones hatch

Is there a way to trap her and the chick in just the best area? I would not take the chick away, but if the problem persists maybe put the eggs in an incubator
