baby chicks

I bought 10 baby chicks, they are about 10 days old. All seem well accept for one chick. I think that it has a neurological problem. When it gets stressed if falls down onto it's side and can't get up like a little seizure. After a minute or two it gets back up and walks around, balance seems off. Then it seems fine again. I think that this has happened about 5 times. Does anyone have any thoughts? Suggestions?

There was another post on here pretty recently about a chick who was doing that. I don't remember what happened to the chick. I will try to find the link and post it.
