Hi i need your help i boat some week old babes 30. And 10 have all ready died any info on that please

They have heat , water and food all day

Looks like pasty butt. You will need clean any chicks up that have this going on around their vents. Warm water and you may need to soak if it's really glued on. What are you feeding them? Make sure the brooder is not too hot as this can exasperate the problem. Did the chicks that passed have this too? Some apple cider vinegar in the water can help.
