hey so I woke up today and checked in my birds and I’ve noticed one was hard I picked it up and realized it might be dead,I think because of the cold since I do live in Washington it gets cold at night and the birds do stay outside but there covered in blankets. Can anyone tell me how to revive it or if it’s possible to bring it back to life.I think it just might be frozen but on the other hand the bird is cold and hard.

Maybe not I live in a small town called selah and there’s no wildlife rescue around here. There’s some but there about 4 hours away.
Call your animal control office and ask them. In the meantime, get it warmed up and see if it comes back to life.

If it’s completely stiff, it’s probably dead. If not, did you get it warmed up?
