Thanks for the reply guys. What about the crickets? Are those healthy for the ducks? I can't get duck feed unless I buy online. Can someone offer a link for a good duck feed. Looking for best price

Are you in the USA, even Walmart sells chick feed, the lil one can have that you'll just need to give it some brewers yeast or Plain niacin to make up for the niacin that isn't in the chick feed. and yes it can have crickets just don't over do. and remember they don't have teeth so they depend on grit or sand to chew up their food in their crops. Can you get a better close up of your duckling, is it a Mallard or Muscovy? Thanks for the reply guys. What about the crickets? Are those healthy for the ducks? They use to carry chick feed, and yes most of us can't get duckling feed and if we have multiple breeds so we use chick feed to feed out ducklings, or an all flock which is what I use . just sprinkle some grit over the bottom of the container your keeping the duckling in not alot but it will pick up and use what it needs or put into a tiny dish close to where your putting food and water. Do you have a Tractor Supply close by? they sell all kinds of feed there. and then you can buy mazuri water fowl feed on line. I would take out the newspaper and use old clean towels on the bottom of it's bedroom or rubber shelf liner, stay away from slick things because it can cause it to have leg problems from not being able to get good grip when trying to walk. What breed?I wen to Walmart and they only had pet bird food (cockatiel). No chick feed. Chick feed can be fed to baby sucks?
