Baby duck hatched 2 days late and is acting odd

Hi there, I have mystery eggs that I’ve hatched in incubator. A duck that appears the same as the rest has hatched 2 days late. He has come out with a small red bulge on his bottom, a wing in the air, and odd behavior. He is curling up under the wing that’s in the air and tucking himself. He is also sometimes chirping in what seems like pain. He is not walking yet, he hatched about 15 minutes ago. I CALL IT A HIM BUT I DONT KNOW YET!!!
I attached some photos below. None of my other 8 eggs that hatched did this. Please help educate me, I don’t know what is happening here.

Usually, late hatchers are stunted in some way, sometimes you can help them, most of the time you can't, I'm sorry.
The red bump is the umbilical.

He just needs some time
Often ducks take up to 24 hours ti get mobile
I leave mine in the bator till I see them walking steady
His read bump look like cord and nothing to be worried about
You could put antibiotic ointment cream with no pain relief if you want
Then let him rest
Update us in awhile to see if he starts moving around
