Baby duckling just hatched, undeveloped??

Baby duckling just hatched and is still breath and chirping more now. I did give him cpr. He’s moving around but very small and fragile. What can I do????

Why did you give him CPR? He looks ok, just keep him comfortable in the incubator. What day was he on today?

Give him some time to get the hang of being out of the egg, there's no need to panic.
He could be absorbing the yolk still.

28, he piped the air sac on day 26, everything seemed fine and he had piped the shell yesterday and was chirping and seemed to be doin fine
