Baby ducklings

My mallard has a batch of egg that she has been on they are like green n black don’t think they r alive but this morning I went out there and there was a full formed duckling it was open n the poor thing was dead so what do I do now

Not all chicks make it, just make sure the mother isn't killing the poor thing. But if she is pecking them then take them to a brooder and take care of them. For anything else just reply!
