Baby ducks are moving around in egg, are they gonna hatch soon?

The baby came out with a long beak, and long body. Is this normal?

Yeah it's kind of hard to tell from that pic. He's probably fine. They look weird when they first hatch. If you can get a better picture at some point though that would help.

He’s also not holding up is head or maybe that’s bc he was under his mom?

Better photos, I think it was the excitement that made me think his beak was big bc he looks fine now but his neck is definitely pretty long haha
