Baby Ducks are Sick!! Helpp!!

I have six baby ducks and they were doing fine and then today I went to check on them and one of them looks weak and can't walk and I know this isn't a duck website but I'm desperate for help! It looks like it's skin is red and the feathers or down look like they've fallen off.. the other ducks are getting patches of red on them too.. what should i do???
