Make a rinse out of warm water and a bit of salt say 1 cup of warm water to 1/4 salt mix well then rinse out the goslings eye. don't leave it like that it may get infected.

Be sure to always give goslings/geese water deep enough to be able to wash their faces all the time very important for their health

awesome thank you for the information.. so letting them have a bath once a day isnt enough for them

They really need to be able to wash their faces any time they need to so some kind of container deep enough and sturdy enough they can't climb into and knock it over. It's especially important for keeping eyes cleaned out and nares clear of feed.

ok thank you we will give them a little bathtub so to speak
And pics when you can.

also remember to make it safe gosling are notorious for getting themselves in trouble so you don't want to give them something they may get into and can't get out of.
