Baby emu care help?

So I am getting my first chick soon and am conflicted on care.
Breeder told me mazuri starter and rooster booster poultry cell every day add as much to the water till it looks like tea.
But I heard you shouldn’t give rooster booster daily? And the amount sounds like too much too, but I also want this chick to have the best care possible and not get wry neck or splay leg..
So to say the least I really need some others help.
I ordered the emu farmers handbook and have been researching a lot on care and things that always seem different person to person is vitamins and feed.
I mean I don’t wanna possibly hurt this little chick.

As a note, use this forums as well as a couple good ones on Facebook. Ask as many questions as come to mind and continue to research whatever you can. I'm 1.5y into Rheas at the moment
