Give her 30 minutes. If you don't see a bubble or baby and she is laying down actively pursuing, take a couple clean fingers and insert them a bit and see what you feel.
That tail is what I call "broken tail. " Obviously it's not broken just looks weird. They get that when they are ready.
 
I have a Dr appointment in like 5 minutes, so if you don't hear from me for a bit that's why. Don't panic, follow your gut. Things will go the way they need to.
 
Ok thnx you've been so much help :) Will let you know what happens. Course she would have them with my mom gone, a winter storm blowing in and the basement being flooded lol.
 
Yeay!!! Did you have to help pull the breech one? Isn't it exciting to get to watch? I'm so happy for you!

Congrats! To check if there are any left, give the doe a 'bounce'. It is where you wrap your hands around her lower belly (where the uterus is) and bounce her belly up gently. You can feel kids in there, they're all hard and knobby. Organs are just soft and squishy. So if you don't feel anything hard in there, then she's empty! Just wait for the placenta to pass. And NEVER pull on a placenta to make it go faster. That can...invert and/or tear the uterus. Just be patient.
