baby goose need help?

Ok I came home today and it looks like my little brother and his friends had taken some of the shell off my goose egg the baby seems ok its moving a lot and is making a lot of noise but there is a little bit of blood so I wrapped it in wet paper towels what else should I do I'm freaking out

I don't really know I got it from a friend but it got into its air cell 2 nights ago its very active but it seems to still be attached to its umbilical cord
