Baby Guinea not growing

I have 10 baby guineas who are 8 weeks old. 9 of them are at least 8-10 inches tall but one has only grown a tiny bit. It is probably only 5 inches tall. Any ideas what is going on with my baby midget guinea?

Huh, definitely weird that one isn’t growing. Are they all the same age? Same breed? Dose the smaller one act normal and healthy and active?
