baby hatched with huge blisters on her back.

last night a mixed bantam chick that was hatched under a silkie came out with big pouches of water under its skin on its back like huge blisters the size of quarters. i put it in a box under a heat lamp. some kind of edema or kidney problem? Could it be that silkie did not turn the eggs enough? this morning it was up and around and i gave it some arsenicum 200c in water as it can be good for skin problems with puffiness and bags. anyone know what this is?
