I have a baby that is on incubation day 25 and she has been struggling really bad. What’s the best step I need to do to “help” her? She started wobbling on day 18 same with another eggs (died at day 21). The white is now hard.. she is making noises.. I had a intubated fail (mishap) I lost my whole batch besides one (hatched day 20) I would really like to not loss her too!!!

You could try listening to the eggs to see if you hear peeping. If you do that means they've piped internally (broke the membrane) but haven't piped the shell yet.

If you're concerned you could candle them and get an idea of where the beak is and create a very small safety hole so they can breathe fresh air.

If they pip externally and seem to be shrink wrapped I chip a small bit of shell on either side of the pip and put a bit of olive oil on the membrane. Then the hard part is waiting at least an hour to see if the chick makes progress on its own. If not chip a bit more and add a bit more olive oil. Once the beak is out you can give the chick a bit of electrolyte water by eyedropper while still in the shell. Go slow and don't rush. Good luck!
So maybe putting some olive oil on it?
