Baby just born with yellow vein lump

Just had a baby hatch and on its tummy is a yellow lump with veins do I need to worry? What do I do? Will it live?

That's unabsorbed yolk. It may or may not live-the best thing you can do is make sure it is warm and safe, and away from inquisitive beaks.

Is it the yolk sac? It normally fully absorbs before hatch. Hopefully someone more experienced hatching eggs will chime in. I have only hatched a handful, and only with broodies (but 1 was assisted due to early crack in egg) and never had that problem. I have seen on here where they have put chicks in a cup. I think it was to immobilize them a little while the yolk sac absorbs, but I am definitely not an expert and can't really advise.

Put it in a margarine container on paper towel and don't bother it till it's absorbed the yolk. It will either survive or perish..Zero food or water is required at this point.
Leave it in the incubator.
