Good morning! What age do Pekin ducks go outside on their own? Any tips or advice or little tricks on raising them is helpful! Thanks 😊

I usually let mine free range when they are around 8-10 weeks old or so, Once they fully develop there adult feather they are ready. What are the temps in your area?

Thanks. They stay in the bathroom. 🤣 in Florida I’m to scared to leave them outside on the screened in porch I’m scared it’s to hot for them this young. They are prob 2-3 weeks old. They go outside now for a little time to get fresh air forge and sunshine. Small amounts of swimming. Just to get them used to it. Should they swim in Luke warm water? The bathroom is very warm. We closed off the air vent to ac so they don’t have a draft. There is a window in the bathroom I leave cracked for air flow during the day just a hair.

they are very happy and growing like weeds. I can’t believe how much faster they grow than chickens.

You're Welcome! What are the day time temps roughly, 90F should be fine just make sure to provide some shade and water, 2-3 weeks I would use lukewarm water, Although I've had momma ducks take their babies out in freezing cold waters with no problems, best to be safe.
