Thanks for all your kind words. We got them from a local farm supply store & I'm pretty sure they came from Ideal since we're so close. I once had a chicken flog me when I was little & I never thought I'd have A chicken, let alone 5! Yes, some do seem to have a "tude", but it seems to change each day with who has the most. The RIR was a little stand-offish, but we've been handling her a little extra & she seems to have come around (might be the ground up Cheerios in our hand!).
