One of my baby pigeons (about 36 days old?) seems to have had a bit of a pouch in his crop for a few days now, and initially I thought it might just be a bit of fat, but today it seems pretty obvious that it's food. I've already cut down on how much I'm feeding him, and I haven't fed him yet today. I read about using vinegar OR baking soda, does anyone know how I'd go about that or have suggestions for something better? How worried should I be? Thank you!

Sorry about the delay in answering you. Thank you so much for the link. We did wind up using some of the tips, particularly in administering Pedialyte. For a couple days it seemed like it was getting better, but sadly we lost the baby pigeon this afternoon. Thank you for your help still. We appreciate it more than you could realize.
